Aisling Mellon

Aisling is a director and co-founder of Fortis Advisory and is responsible for managing a team providing liquidations services to a broad range of corporate clients. Aisling is a registered insolvency practitioner and holds both a practicing certificate and insolvency practicing certificate from Chartered Accountants Ireland. She has accepted and managed a significant number of liquidation engagements over the last number of years particularly from regulated investment fund companies and special purpose vehicles promoted by many of the most renowned financial institutions in the world.

She has over 20 years' diverse experience in the Irish financial services sector and prior to co-founding Fortis Advisory, held senior positions in the Sanne Group and Chartered Corporate Services. While with Sanne, Aisling was lead director of corporate services for Sanne in Ireland and was also an executive director on the Sanne corporate boards in Ireland. Aisling is a qualified Chartered Accountant and is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland. She also holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, a Masters in Accountancy from University College Dublin and a Certificate in the Taxation of Irish Domiciled Funds.
