Padraic O’Rafferty

Padraic is a director and co-founder of Fortis Advisory and leads the firm’s accounting, taxation and advisory services for start-up and SME clients.

Padraic acts in a CFO capacity for a number of clients providing practical hands-on advice to add value where possible in relation to their growth strategies. This involves working with clients to develop their business plans, preparation of financial projections, financial reporting and providing strategic business advice.

He has over 24 years of diverse experience including acting as Head of Finance in companies across a variety of sectors such as technology, healthcare and real estate.  Padraic also held a role as an Asset Manager for the National Asset Management Agency for almost 5 years during which he managed a diverse portfolio of assets including a number of operating businesses in the hospitality sector.

Padraic is a qualified accountant and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).  He has also completed the Enterprise Ireland Strategic Leadership for CFOs programme at Stanford Graduate Business School.
